CROSS-FIT PROCESS and PROGRAMS

STEP 1: EVALUATION PROCESS
 
1. IDENTIFY YOUR RIDING SKILLS/PHYSICAL ABILITIES
    Using our questionairre as the first step, you will identify
    your level of physcial fitness, your knowledge of riding, and      your strengths and weaknesses as a rider.
 
2. DETERMINE YOUR Horse's PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABILITIES
    Using another questionnairre, you will explore 
    your horse's level of phsycial fitness, background
    training/experiences, personality, and current training
    programs. Diet, turn-out, and tack will also be explored.
 
3. ESTABLISH YOUR GOALS
    The most important step: what are your goals for you and
    your horse? 
 
    These could be as simple as building a better relationship
    in the barn or as complex as moving up a level in a
    discipline. 
 
    Knowing what you want to accomplish with your         horse helps Cross-Fit :  
      a. identify what is preventing you from achieveing
         those goals
    b. create the micro-steps needed to help you
        accomplish those goals
